Due to questionable dental care in a franchised practice focused only on making money, I developed a fear of dental procedures. With incredible hesitation, I sought care at Osborne Dental based solely on proximity to my home and patient reviews.I'm not even sure how to explain the compassionate care I have received from every member of this small staff. This is absolutely dental care the way it should be. I feel listened to, treated with compassion, and treated with respect. The dentist and staff are exceptional, and I highly recommend them, especially if you're uneasy about dental procedures or just need a great dentist.After avoiding the dentist for two years due to a negative experience elsewhere, where I was told I had periodontal disease and needed frequent visits for unnecessary laser and antibiotic treatments, I finally found the courage to go for a cleaning here.My previous dentist left my gums bloody and swollen for days, but my instincts always told me my gums were fine because I know that I have good dental hygiene. Dr Osborne is a great dentist! Besides being such a nice person that he is..he is also interested in how things are going with us. Just went in for a regular check up and was back in a few hours with a front chipped tooth from eating lunch. He was able to get me in again and fixed/strengthened my tooth right then. It made me cry when I saw how good and smooth it looked...i think he also worked on the other tooth next to it too to make it match. He is a miracle worker, and I really appreciated that he was able to take care of my tooth, instead of having to wait and take the chance of breaking off more. He also has very nice and friendly front office personnel and assistants. Thank you, Dr Osborne! Jana Cochell...a short time later, I came in for a cavity under an existing filling...Dr Osborne was always considerate about asking how I was doing. This was my first visit and I chose Osborne Dental based on the great 5 star reviews I read. 🙂 It was so amazing that I felt so relaxed and calm even when getting a filling taken out and replaced without any numbing medicine. Dr Osborne is likely the best general dentist I have had in my life and I am now 67 years old. His demeanor and professionalism are excellent. Today (Monday) I called with some gum pain that had grown worse over the weekend. He had a cancellation so was able to see me that afternoon .
